OWNERSHIP: This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Inviso Zagreb ltd. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Inviso Zagreb ltd.
USE OF SITE: You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
PRIVACY: Inviso Zagreb ltd. pledges to protect personal data from its customers. We will gather only the personal data necessary to carry out the orders submitted; Inviso Zagreb ltd. informs the customers on the way of securing the personal data, and gives its customers the ability to choose not to participate in various lists which we may prepare for marketing purposes or to remove their data from our system altogether.
All the data on our customers are securely stored and are available only to the authorized personnel. All the employees and business partners of Inviso Zagreb ltd. are responsible for performing under the similar terms for handling the customer private data.
BOOKING: The minimum booking period is 3 days. Accommodation is charged per apartment not per person.
PAYMENT: A 3-day non-refundable advance payment is required to make a confirmed booking.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. The balance of the rent is to be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard as well as Maestro debit card) upon arrival (at check–in) or prior to your arrival (by credit card or bank transfer).
CANCELLATION: Cancellation fee: 3-day non-refundable advance payment. In case of earlier check-out, for stays over 20 nights, the balance of the unused rent will be refunded provided there is a 10 days advance notice (the rental amount for the following 10 nights will not be refunded).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A 100 € refundable security deposit might be required to cover any damages caused in the apartment during your stay. The deposit is paid in cash upon check-in and will be entirely reimbursed upon check-out, provided that there is no damage to the premises or furnishing and that the telephone outgoing calls have been covered.
INVENTORY: Keep in good condition all inventory objects in the apartment. In case of breaking or damaging an object, the amount of the damage will be charged.
APARTMENT USE: Check-in time is from 2 p.m., check-out time is by 11 a.m. the latest. If the apartment is free earlier, there will be a possibility to offer the earlier check-in for no extra cost. Also, if the apartment is available in the afternoon, there is a possibility of a later check-out. The apartment is for accommodation only, it may not be used for other purposes that do not comply with Croatian Law. Respect and maintain your neighbor's right to intimacy and silence.
INTERNAL PROBLEMS: Inviso Zagreb ltd reserves the right to substitute the apartment reserved with another, similar or higher category apartment, but at the initial and confirmed rate, in case the apartment reserved cannot be rented because of internal problems.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
